As a climber and a certified yoga teacher, I help climbers build strength, flexibility, mobility, and focus.
Yoga for Climbers can help if you struggle with your head game, need some flexibility with difficult positions on the wall, want to prevent climbing injuries, and so much more.
Yoga for Climbers also helps with antagonist training and can help you on or off the wall.

As a climber and a yoga teacher I see how beneficial and complementary yoga is to climbing.
I want to help climbers feel good about their mind and body, build strength, and help in their recovery. I include mobility and antagonist training in my yoga teachings.
I have been practicing yoga for over 11 years and climbing and teaching yoga for over 5 years. I love bringing yoga to climbers. In my classes I explain how the poses I choose help climbers and yoga can also help the mental part of climbing.
I have been teaching Yoga for Climbers the last 4 years. I am used to teaching a class full of varying experience levels . I am passionate about bringing yoga to climbers and helping them achieve their goals, preventing injuries and helping them discover how beneficial yoga is to the pursuit of climbing.
